We advise organizations on data protection for a living, so we hold this site to the same standard. Here is everything it does with your information.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your organization, along with your message. We use no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies.
How it's used
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, and used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. We don't add you to mailing lists, share your details with anyone, or use them for anything beyond the conversation you started.
How long we keep it
Your message lives in our email correspondence for as long as we're in conversation, or as long as professional record-keeping requires if you become a client.
Your rights
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's PIPEDA, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email connorattridge99@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly.
