What it covers
- —Tool approvals, which AI tools are sanctioned, which are restricted, and why
- —Data classification, what can and cannot be input into AI tools
- —Input/output rules, handling confidential data, PII, and proprietary information
- —Escalation procedures, when to flag, who to contact, how to report incidents
- —Update cadence, how often the policy is reviewed as the landscape evolves

The problem
Decades of project files, proposals, reports, and records hold your organization's institutional memory — and nobody can search them. Finding the relevant precedent means someone remembering it exists. When experienced staff retire, that memory walks out the door with them.

Pilot first. A scoping engagement ($5,000–$10,000) audits your corpus, builds a working pilot over a subset of it, and ends in a clear go/no-go report. Production builds run $15,000–$40,000 depending on scope, with a monthly retainer covering new document ingestion, monitoring, and model updates.
