Services
Three deliverables. One integrated engagement.
Each service stands on its own, but they work best together. AI adoption that's effective, governed, and secure from day one.
AI Literacy Training
What it covers
- —The current AI model landscape, not just ChatGPT, but Claude, Gemini, open-source alternatives, and when each one makes sense
- —Hands-on tool use tailored to your team's actual workflows
- —Practical prompt engineering, how to get reliable, useful outputs
- —How to recognize hallucinations, bias, and confidently wrong outputs
- —Workflow integration, embedding AI into existing processes without disruption
Format
Half-day or full-day workshop, tailored to your sector and team size. Can be delivered for staff, management, or both, we adjust the depth and emphasis accordingly.
Outcome
Employees who can use AI tools effectively and safely from day one, with the judgement to know when AI is the right tool and when it isn't.
Acceptable Use Policy Development
What it covers
- —Tool approvals, which AI tools are sanctioned, which are restricted, and why
- —Data classification, what can and cannot be input into AI tools
- —Input/output rules, handling confidential data, PII, and proprietary information
- —Escalation procedures, when to flag, who to contact, how to report incidents
- —Update cadence, how often the policy is reviewed as the landscape evolves
Process
Audit of current tool usage → Draft policy → Review with your governance team → Final document. We work alongside your people, not in a silo.
Deliverable
A living policy document, not a one-time PDF. This is what your governance team actually needs to say “yes” instead of defaulting to “no.”
Cybersecurity & Data Protection Review
What it covers
- —Data pipeline mapping when AI tools are introduced into existing workflows
- —Local vs. cloud model tradeoffs, when to keep data on-premises
- —Vendor data retention policies, what happens to your data after it's processed
- —Anonymization workflows, protecting sensitive data before it reaches any AI model
- —Alignment with existing governance frameworks (zero-trust, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Led by
Jim Attridge, former CISO of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, with 25+ years of enterprise cybersecurity experience across BC Hydro, Canfor, HSBC, and BCLC.
Outcome
A clear-eyed assessment of what's safe, what's risky, and what to do about it, written by someone who's built security programmes, not someone who's read about them.
